Lost Contact

Every time I went to Indonesia I always switch my SIM card to Indonesian phone number because of many practical reasons. So it's just a matter of time before I lost my SIM card.

I just realized it yesterday when I wanted to check if I got any sms on my Singapore number. Then I couldn't find the SIM card. I usually kept the card in my wallet but now somehow I couldn't find it. So I did what other adults usually do in this situation. I panicked.

I did not know when I lost my number and at the moment this blog is written, I still don't know whether somebody used it, which because of the roaming charges, might cause me to sell my kidney to cover the bills. That’s why I panicked. I really hope that it's safe.

Then I tried to block the phone to prevent other people from using it. Luckily I could get the number that I should contact in Singapore from the Internet. So, by calling this number, I no longer have to worry about being broke from paying big bills. I only need to worry about being broke from paying the IDD calls to Singapore.
It's because I was put on hold for quite a while. So after some moments I finally managed to block my phone number. I will try to take care of this number on Monday and I will be out of reach until Monday, assuming that I don't need to sell my mobile to pay phone bill.
