Cook Me Down
You might wonder as this moment what is happening in our expecting days. What beautiful maternal things that happen in our life. What new experience that we share together. What kind of home appliances that my wife throws at me because of the mood swing.
Well sorry, my wife does not do that. At least not now, when her tummy size still doesn't carry her down. So we are happy everyday.
What my wife is busy with at the moment is learning to cook. She diligently search the Internet for Indonesian food recipes and try them on the weekend.
She tries new recipes every week, from chicken noodle to Indonesian snacks, happily and eagerly experimenting new ingredients. It's like a hunter trying to catch a new prey, except that in hunting, the animal can be thrown away after being shot, whereas in my case I need to finish the food no matter what.
But fortunately my wife learnt fast and her cooking is more than edible. I enjoyed eating them, especially the deep fried and all the unhealthy food. And when she showed me the cost of the ingredients, I decided that it must be the correct way to eat.
Let's just hope that my wife doesn't suddenly want to eat healthy.
