Pregnancy Tips & Facts 4

A pregnant woman should not wear high heels. Well, I don't know why women want to wear such painful torturing shoes in the first place. And now when a woman is pregnant, high heel is definitely a no-no.

The most problematic body area in a pregnant lady now is the lower back, along with the tummy, eyes, nose, legs, arms, breasts, and so on. So wearing high heels might give your lower back a pressure. I don't know how it can happen because I never wear high heels before, except when a lot of vodka involved.

Then, as it's always hard being pregnant, my wife heard that wearing a flat shoe was also bad for the lower back. So at that time we were confused of what shoes to wear. So again, I surfed the Internet. Then I found out that low heels and flat shoes were find. It depends on my wife. If she finds low heels are more comfortable then it's okay. Just try and see the result. So my wife is now taking low heels and flat shoes, and put all the high heels behind. She put it in a locked door with my vodka.
